Who we are looking for

Our vision is a world where online interactions have endless possibilities. We're looking for a product lead to drive forward our vision & help build advanced web technologies that enables companies to transform any online interaction. You will lead the Product team consisting currently of two UI/UX designers, and a product owner; and expected to grow a lot more over the next year.

Responsibilities:

• Define our product strategy to achieve our vision & mission

• Work with internal teams & clients to gather product requirements & translate the relevant priorities into an actionable roadmap

• Drive product development along with relevant stakeholders in engineering, and other teams

• Define & improve on processes that support with our product strategy definition & our product development execution

• Assess & track the overall market & competition dynamics; and Surfly’s position in the market

• Leverage quantitative data & qualitative research with customers in product-related decisions

• Support the marketing, sales & service teams with our go-to-market plans

• Act as a liaison between your product team & all other internal teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience

• 2+ years of experience managing people & leading teams

• Prior experience building B2B SaaS products

• Strong technical background (engineering degree, MSc in computer science)

• Creative problem solver

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong analytical thinker

• Data-driven decision maker

• Strong UX/UI sense

• A "get-things-done" mentality

Nice to have qualifications

• Prior experience with UCaaS/CPaaS/communication products

• Prior start-up/scale-up experience
